Karina Cady

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Karina is the CEO of Nandina REM. She has 20 years of experience implementing sustainable development, environmental impact, and circular economy investments for some of the world’s largest companies.

Allison Nam

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Allison leads strategy and investment at Nandina REM. She brings over two decades of experience in aviation and finance to drive acceleration and go-to-market strategies. Prior to joining Nandina REM, she led start-up funding ecosystems in Asia, and was previously the head of J.P. Morgan’s Greater China Futures and Options.

Dr Dazril Phua

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Dazril heads Nandina REM’s operations. He has deep experience of industrial R&D, technical programme management, strategic and operational planning, as well as policy formulation and implementation, including over 12 years at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

Eugene Soltan

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Eugene leads the implementation scenario analysis and climate impact into Nandina REM’s mainstream financial models and standing. In the past decade, his finance leadership as CFO or advisor has helped small and medium size companies to scale and raise over US$800 million.
